Biography

Markus started producing and mixing in 1994 after he realised that no one can catch the sound of his own band, that`s when he took over the producer chair and dived into engineering and mixing too. The subsequent years he was involved in many productions and he built his own little studio and worked as an engineer with acts such as Kreator, Hugo Race and the True Spirits or Sick of it All. The first album Markus produced and mixed himself was "Crosscut" in 1998 for Fame Recordings / BMG.

In 2005 Markus teamed up with Olaf Opal for several projects as engineer and mixer. With productions such as for example Madsen, the July "Live DVD" or the Fotos for the federal "Bundesvision Song Contest".

In 2008 Markus and Olaf Opal built a studio together: KANAL 24
